I wanted to used these decks outside and put outdoor carpet on them. These decks were made to support heavy equipment that were being sent elswhere. I can’t tell but I think it is pine which I know isn’t good for outdoor use.

My leachfield is wet!!! What does this mean?? System was installed 7 years ago, tank has been pumped regularly. Called GC and he said to call the excavating contractor and have him take a look at it. GC mentioned system failure or possible overuse (new baby in house). Any thoughts or suggestions??

I had a contractor come out to give me an estimate on installing a sump pump, but he did not individualize the cost. I went Online to determine the cost of an Zoeller 1/3 hp SuperSump, but I can not find this information. It seems as if Zoeller only sells this to Wholesalers and thus the price is some type of secret. Also what is the typical cost per linear foot to excavate my basement floor to put in the drain tile.
