You can still do a purple heart event with a blue heart (since it is higher).
You can’t miss any heart events. You must do them in order, so you must do the purple heart event before you do the blue one.

» 6:00 am to 11:00 am, Monday, rainy day
Do this one first, then the next available day, you can do the blue heart event.
